Revolution 11u team created an outstanding weekend, claiming the championship title at The Bulldog Classic in Carol Stream, IL. Coach Matt DeLaVega and the 11u Revolution went 4-0 and outscored their opponents 53-12 throughout the weekend. The charge was led by Jack Dawson (.700 avg, 6 RBIs) and Matt Schlenhart (.600 avg, 10 RBIs). Also with a strong weekend at the plate was Joe Haughey (.636) and Trevor Statkus (.583). David Anderson and Patrick Dolan combined for the weekend with 6 innings pitched and only allowing 3 earned runs. The 11u Revolution looks forward to using their success in Carol Stream and carrying it over to their busy season in July.
